Briccodolce is the family home of two sisters in the San Sebastiano da Po area of Piedmont, an area of clean country air and wholesome earth with a backdrop of breathtaking scenery.
The name means “sweet hilltop” and the house, which is situated on the top of one of the flowing hills, inspired them in this venture; to produce homemade biscuits and cakes with the family recipes, without hydrogenated fats, colorants, or chemical preservatives and additives and using local ingredients. Thus, they set up their workshop.
They look after the entire production process, from the choice of ingredients, right up to packaging. Their recipes are a gift from nature to the palate, knowledgably combining goodness with authenticity. This is a story about sweet passion.
